Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to join our Richmond (Short Pump), VA clinic. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee client consultations, and help craft personalized dream packages while working with clinic leadership to hit sales KPIs.

In this role you will engage with clients one-on-one, coordinate financing options for accessibility, and ensure outstanding customer service. Weekend and evening shifts are required to support business needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum of one year of any work experience.
Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to maintain confidential information and use computer and sales software.
Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

Drive sales KPIs by delivering an exceptional client experience.
Conduct thorough consultations with new clients to understand needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the team to engage current clients, driving sales through tailored recommendations and add-on services.
