Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Indianapolis (Plainfield), IN clinic. You will guide client consultations, tailor personalized packages, and drive sales while coordinating financing options and operating with clinic leadership.

In addition, you will lead daily operations in the manager's absence to maintain world-class customer service and a superior client experience. This role emphasizes commission-driven success and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required, with a record of reliability.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinic setting.
