Milan Laser Hair Removal in Indianapolis seeks an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our client-focused team. You will conduct personalized consultations, guide clients through dream packages, coordinate financing options, and drive sales KPIs while maintaining exceptional service.

In the manager's absence, you will oversee clinic operations and ensure a world-class experience for every client.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week including weekends/evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct personalized consultations with new clients to understand needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients and drive sales through add-ons.
• Build lasting relationships to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, update client records, and support staff with operations.
• Open/close duties and process client financial transactions.
