Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team across our locations. You will drive performance, coach staff, and implement local promotions to maximize results.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in customer service and sales, with leadership experience and bilingual English ability. This role offers competitive hourly pay with commission in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred).
• Bilingual in English (Required).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work retail hours: Monday-Saturday 9 AM-8 PM, Sunday 12 PM-5 PM.

Responsibilities
