Job summary

Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team. Drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service and sales, with at least 1 year in management, and bilingual English speakers eligible to join our growing team. Position requires retail hours and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English (Required)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work retail hours: Monday-Saturday: 9 AM-8 PM Sunday: 12 PM-5 PM (hours subject to change)
