Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer in Kentucky, is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead a team across retail locations. The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving performance through hands-on leadership.

The candidate will train and mentor staff, execute local promotions, and maintain visual merchandising standards while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English (Required)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work retail hours: Monday-Saturday 9 AM-8 PM, Sunday 12 PM-5 PM (hours subject to change)
