Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to lead our team across our retail locations. You will drive sales, coach associates, and oversee daily store operations with a focus on customer service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales and customer service experience, 1+ year of management experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. Competitive hourly base plus commissions and performance bonuses reflect our growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work retail hours (Mon–Sat 9 AM–8 PM; Sun 12 PM–5 PM)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance through effective management and hands-on leadership
