Milan Laser Hair Removal in Salt Lake City (Sandy), UT, is hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding consultation experiences. You will collaborate on financing options to improve accessibility and help achieve sales KPIs while enhancing client services.

As the on-site leader in the absence of the clinic manager, you’ll ensure high customer service standards and a world-class experience for every client in a busy, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities
