Milan Laser Hair Removal in Springfield, MA is hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding client consultations. You will drive sales, guide financing options, and ensure a world-class experience for every client.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a base hourly rate, uncapped commissions, paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with employer match. Weekend/evening shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
