Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Atlanta (Sandy Springs), GA location. You will lead client consultations, tailor dream packages, and collaborate on financing options to expand access to services.

Partner with clinic leadership to hit sales KPIs and streamline admin processes for a world-class client experience. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll supervise daily operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring top-tier service, and driving loyalty

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of any work experience.
Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
Proficient with a computer and sales software.

Responsibilities

Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Conduct thorough, personalized consultations with new clients.
Collaborate with the team to drive sales and add-on services.
Build lasting client relationships at every touchpoint.
Schedule appointments, update client records, and support staff with admin tasks.
Lead day-to-day operations in the clinic during the manager's absence.
