Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for the San Antonio (Selma), TX clinic. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales KPIs, and deliver outstanding client consultations to craft personalized dream packages.

Work alongside clinic leadership on financing options and streamline operations to enhance the client experience. You will also step in during the manager's absence to maintain world-class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in commission-driven and/or sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
