Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for its Atlanta (Buckhead) clinic. You will engage clients, tailor dream packages, and collaborate on financing to enhance accessibility of services. You will lead daily operations in the clinic manager's absence while maintaining world-class customer service.

You will drive sales KPIs, deliver consultations, and work with a supportive team to ensure outstanding client experiences across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of sales or commission-driven experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends/evenings.
• Experience with computers and sales software.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
