Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager for our Orlando clinic. You will engage with clients one-on-one, deliver consultation excellence, and craft personalized dream packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Ability to work independently required.
• Works well in a team environment required.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales through tailored recommendations and add-ons.
• Lead day-to-day operations during the clinic manager's absence and ensure high standards of service.
