Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Lyndhurst, OH clinic. You will lead client consultations, drive sales, and help the team deliver a world-class experience while supporting administrative duties and ensuring KPI achievement.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a background in sales or customer service, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve clinic KPI targets by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough, personalized consultations with new clients.
• Collaborate with team to engage current clients and drive add-on services.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure world-class service at every touchpoint.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and process client transactions as needed.
