Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering strong results including productivity and sales performance.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department/store managers, merchandisers and other leaders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
