Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an assistant sales manager to lead our Raleigh clinic operations in Holly Springs, NC. You will engage clients through personalized consultations, drive sales while collaborating with the team, and help manage the clinic’s day-to-day activities to ensure a world-class client experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience required.
• Experience in a commission driven and/or sales environment driving world class experiences for every client preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Ability to work independently required.
• Works well in a team environment required.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients with tailored recommendations and add-on services.
• Build lasting relationships that exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
• Operational Duties: Schedule and confirm appointments, update client records, and support staff with duties.
• Perform opening and closing duties, and process client financial transactions.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership to support objectives.
