Job summary

Prosper Ford in Prosper, Texas is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager (ASM) to lead its sales team. The successful candidate will ensure customers have a superior buying experience, lead sales teams to achieve high performance, and foster a positive work environment in the dealership.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, manage traffic and appointments, and report to upper management while upholding safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in automotive sales is a MUST.
• Track record of success in sales and excellent customer service.
• Ability to oversee several processes simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency.
• A valid US driver’s license.
• Knowledge of the local automobile marketplace.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.

Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate will be eligible for compensation of $6,000 to $10,000 per month, paid semimonthly. Additional benefits may include future growth opportunities, dealership discounts, competitive health, and dental benefits.
