Job summary

ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Position Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in helping families make important pre-need and at-need arrangements while supporting our sales team through appointment scheduling, family consultation, and preneed sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective and existing families.


• Assist families with cemetery and memorial property selections, including preneed planning and at-need arrangements.


• Educate families on products, services, and financing options in a professional and compassionate manner.


• Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activity and customer interactions.


• Participate in community and marketing events to promote services.


• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including OSHA health and safety practices.


• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for families.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is preferred, ideally in cemetery, funeral, insurance, or related industries.
