Days: Saturday, Sunday, and observed USPS holidays. During onboarding, ARCs must be available for training on weekdays. Hours vary. Driving is required: applicants should have a valid state driver's license, a safe driving record, and at least two years of unsupervised driving experience in the U.S., its possessions, territories, or U.S. military installations worldwide. A personal vehicle suitable for use may be required.
Salary: $20.38 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Purpose: Using dynamic route descriptions, delivers packages on Sundays and holidays. May also case, deliver, and collect mail and packages on Saturdays along a prescribed rural route using a vehicle.
Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Carriers may need to load/unload trays and parcels weighing up to 70 pounds. Candidates should reside within easy commuting distance of the facility. If providing own vehicle, an Equipment Maintenance Allowance (EMA) will be provided.
