Job summary

Embry-Riddle seeks a rowing coach to instruct student-athletes on fundamentals and racing strategies, while adhering to USRowing guidelines. You will help recruit and retain top talent, design beginner programs, and support Life in the Balance initiatives.

Responsibilities include organizing travel logistics, monitoring academics, maintaining equipment, and assisting with donations and sponsorships. The role may involve stepping in for the head coach when needed, with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work-related experience

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is up to $40,000. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
