Job Description The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) seeks a dynamic, student-centered, and forward-thinking Student Organizations Coordinator to provide visionary leadership. The Student Organizations Coordinator will oversee, advise, and support the activities of Registered Student Organizations (RSOs). This position oversees campus processes for RSO event management, advising and support, as well as RSO travel. Through a combination of advising, training, and experiential learning, students will be supported to develop leadership skills and abilities to build and maintain strong, effective organizations. This position reports to the Director of Student Organizations and works regularly with department staff responsible for RSO finances. This position is part of a collaborative team of professionals supporting student engagement across a wide range of areas that also include student government, campus activities, orientation, and the student union.

Generous Time Off

• Relax with 15 days of personal leave for non-exempt employees or 18 days for exempt full-time employees in your first year.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is up to $43,888. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
