Job summary

My Wireless, Inc is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Torrance, CA. The role supports the Store Manager with coaching the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities include meeting performance goals, managing store operations, and training staff. The position offers uncapped commissions, benefits, training, and growth opportunities within a dynamic retail network.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or similar field (Required)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Strong leadership and coaching to drive results (Required)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Experience in telecommunications retail (Preferred)
• Experience in outbound prospecting (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally work in the US (Required)

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives
• Assist the Store Manager in operations, staffing, inventory and appearance
• Assist in training and managing team members
• Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service
