My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a team in Grand Blanc, MI. You'll coach staff, drive sales, and provide top-tier customer experiences with AT&T solutions.

This role requires retail or sales leadership experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and strong communication. Growth paths include advancing to Store Manager and expanding leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Management experience in wireless or related field preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environments required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Strong motivation, leadership and coaching skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed all sales and operation initiatives on time.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in developing, training, and managing team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service.
• Develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when possible.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the team to exceed individual and team targets.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities.
