Amazing Intimate Essentials, serving the New England area for decades, seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Weymouth, MA location. This role supports the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including Fridays and Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Desire to work with a diverse customer base and sell adult intimate products.
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit high energy level and positive attitude.
• Strong business acumen; knowledge of retail metrics and P&L responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruiting, motivating, mentoring, and training a high performing sales team.
• Coach, develop and provide timely feedback to maximize selling potential.
• Set clear performance expectations for all associates.
• Assist in building a team that works well together based on store needs.
• Collaborate with Retail Store Manager to tailor product assortment to store needs.
• Execute and enable visual standards to optimize business.
• Maintain an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Lead focus on delivering engaging customer experiences.
• Implement company selling strategies.
• Manage inventory and control expenses.
