Amazing Intimate Essentials North Weymouth is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in a busy New England location. You will coach associates, drive sales, and ensure a seamless in-store experience, while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising.

The role offers base pay plus commission, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to grow with a well-established retailer serving the community for over 40 years.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Fridays and Saturdays and one Sunday per month.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruiting, motivating, mentoring, and training a high performing sales team.
• Coach, develop and provide timely feedback to maximize selling potential of all sales associates.
• Set clear performance expectations for all associates.
• Assist in building a team that works well together based on store needs.
• Collaborate to maintain brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory and control expenses; open/close routines and banking.
• Implement loss prevention and maintain policies and procedures.
