POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in managing and controlling the operations of the store to ensure that company standards and expectations are consistently met; supervises areas assigned by the Store Manager and follows the dd’s DISCOUNTS philosophy and policies. The role requires research of customers, associates, and merchandising. The assistant learns all phases of store operations and, in the absence of the Store Manager, is responsible for the entire store operation, executing the business plan and associated programs to deliver desired sales and profit results while maintaining high quality customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
