Job summary

AT&T in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.

You will participate in outreach, promotions, and off-site events, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience with our products and services. A structured training path supports leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Job description

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
