Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking an Assistant Retail Experience Manager to help shape store culture, support daily operations, and deliver a world-class retail experience. You’ll work closely with the Operating Partner to lead the team, energize the sales floor, and support Outfitters’ growth and development.

Overview

As an Assistant Retail Experience Manager at Fleet Feet, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping store culture, supporting daily operations, and delivering a consistent, world-class retail experience. You’ll work closely with the Operating Partner to help lead the team, energize the sales floor, and support the growth and development of our Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates).

This hands‑on role focuses on creating an exceptional customer journey while empowering team performance through coaching, scheduling, and daily direction.
