Arbor Day Foundation in Nebraska City is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor to lead restaurant and lounge operations, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with the Foundation’s mission.

You will be on the floor during peak service, coach staff in real time, and collaborate with Culinary to deliver seamless front- and back-of-house execution. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage leadership experience.
• Experience leading in a fast-paced restaurant environment and balancing guest experience with team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant and lounge operations; mentor and coach team members.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence during service and support service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, opening/closing duties, beverage ordering and inventory.
• Coordinate with Culinary to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house operations.
