• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in a bar, lounge, or bartending environment.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced restaurant while balancing guest experience, team development, and operational execution.
• Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and effective communication with both front- and back-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, mentor, coach, and assist team members in restaurant and lounge operations.
• Be present on the floor with a visible leadership presence during service.
• Engage with guests from arrival through visit to ensure they feel welcomed and cared for.
• Support daily operations including scheduling, staffing, opening/closing, beverage ordering, and inventory management.
• Partner with Culinary to ensure seamless front- and back-of-house coordination.
• Lead during peak periods including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
