7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team in Texas. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and store appearance.

The position offers full-time hours and valuable leadership experience. You will work closely with the Restaurant Leader, use store reports to drive improvements, and develop the team through training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and delivering customer service excellence.
• Ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with policies and health standards.
• Experience reading and using store reports and P&L data to drive change.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Word/Excel) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and supervise staff alongside Restaurant Leader.
• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all team members.
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Interpret operating documents and reports to inform decisions and improvements.
