7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Texas to lead daily operations, coach store staff, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will oversee food preparation, quality, and compliance with health standards, manage schedules and use store reports to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for restaurant staff.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health codes.
• Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of food.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
