7-Eleven, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the Store Leader in daily operations.

This role offers full-time hours, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off. A valid driver's license and retail management experience are valued.

Qualifications

Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
Ability to train staff and manage day-to-day operations.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure in-stock products while following health/sanitation procedures.
Show excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel as needed.
Possess at least a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
Multi-task, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
