The ARGM ensures compliance with company policies, analyzes profit and loss, maintains inventory, delivers high quality products each shift, and supports the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant setting.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must work 40+ hours weekly and be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant General Manager in training all employees.
• Assists in maintaining staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps during high volume periods.
• Administers paperwork timely.
• Analyzes profit and loss statements and sales plans.
• Maintains and records inventory.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Maintains compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Keeps dining and work areas clean and organized.
• Delivers consistent, high-quality products each shift.
