We have an exciting opportunity for a Panda Express Assistant Manager at the Salt Lake City Airport (SLC). If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage Retail and Customer Service Activities: Supervise and evaluate team member performance, ensure task completion, and provide feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and communicate with the team of Retail Travel Experts. Develop daily goals and maintain guest service standards.
• Training with Panda Express: Complete a 6-week paid training program at a nearby street-side location after hire.
• Systems and Processes: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Merchandising and Displays: Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, and monitor inventory levels.
• Office Management: Manage funds, media, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in sales performance monitoring through reports and market analysis.
• Problem Solving: Address routine issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems; strong organizational skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively at all levels and resolve conflicts professionally.
