We have an exciting opportunity for a Panda Express Assistant Manager at Salt Lake City Airport (SLC). If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Manage All Retail and Customer Service Activities: Supervise and evaluate Team Member performance, ensure proper task completion, and provide feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and communicate with the team of Retail Travel Experts. Develop, plan, and assign daily goals and tasks. Maintain guest service standards and brand specifications.
• Train with Panda Express: Complete 6 weeks of paid training at a nearby street-side location after hiring.
• Systems and Processes: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Merchandising and Displays: Maintain standards for displays, signage, and monitor inventory levels.
• Office Management: Manage funds, media, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Monitor sales performance through reports and market analysis.
• Problem Solving: Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or coursework preferred.
• At least 2 years in retail management or supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively at all levels and resolve conflicts.
