Job summary

Hotel Zachary in Chicago's Wrigleyville seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure service excellence, and partner with the culinary team to deliver outstanding dining experiences. You will lead staff, manage scheduling and payroll, monitor guest feedback, uphold sanitation standards, and foster a positive team culture in a fast-paced setting.

Previous hotel F&B supervisory experience is preferred, with MICROS POS familiarity and Serve Safe or similar

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in hotel F&B.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management.
• Experience with MICROS POS system.
• Serve Safe certification preferred
• TIPS or CARE certification; CPR certification preferred
• Must be able to obtain a Hepatitis A vaccination within 10 days of hire
• Able to work AM and PM shifts
