Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in food service or retail, with basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to work a 50-hour week in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and work 80% standing.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Provide leadership and guide others with a positive, problem-solving approach.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers; ensure safe, quality food delivery.
