CHOPT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Vestavia Hills, AL to support the General Manager, foster a positive team environment, and uphold food safety standards. The role emphasizes customer service, staff development, and operational execution.

Qualified candidates will have restaurant management or supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, and strong communication plus computer literacy. This on-site role offers a 40-hour workweek with potential OT and growth opportunities within a

Competenze

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds
