Job summary

CHOPT is hiring an Assistant Manager in Vestavia Hills, AL to assist the General Manager, supervise hourly staff and uphold CHOPT standards. This role focuses on operations, hospitality, and brand representation in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering while coaching trainers and ensuring food safety. Strong communication and computer skills are required for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as: scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering

Qualified candidates must have:

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds
