Altura Concepts is seeking motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our growing restaurant group. This role may be assigned to any restaurant within the Altura Concepts portfolio and supports daily operations.

You will lead teams, ensure guest experiences, and uphold standards for quality, service, and operational excellence. Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities across multiple locations.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations and cost management.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work at different Altura Concepts locations as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily operations, leads restaurant teams, and ensures exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the company's standards for quality, service, and operational excellence.

We are looking for hands-on leaders who take initiative, lead by example, and are passionate about hospitality and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
