Job summary

Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run busy store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house activities, coach staff, and ensure a high-energy, guest-focused experience.

Prior restaurant exposure and a food handler's permit are preferred, with a can-do attitude and reliable transportation. You’ll balance people leadership with operational discipline, working to maximize guest satisfaction, drive sales, and maintain a spotless, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring standards are met in FOH and BOH.

• Drive sales growth and manage labor costs to improve profitability.
• Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, including prep, stocking, and staging.
• Adjust staffing schedules to ensure coverage and control labor costs.
• Assist with weekly reports, inventory management, and documentation.
• Uphold company policies and maintain a safe, clean environment.
