Job summary

QDOBA in Carson City, NV is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and partner with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will train and coach staff, recruit talent, and focus on a people- and guest-centric culture while upholding brand standards, health and safety, and financial performance.

This role requires leadership, a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree a plus.
• Proven supervisory/management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of labor laws related to scheduling and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations in cooperation with the RM.
• Train, develop, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Assist with increasing catering sales and community engagement.
• Identify internal candidates for growth and leadership roles.
• Ensure guest service, food quality, and brand compliance.
