Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Sparks, NV is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant Manager. You will guide front-line teams, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold food quality, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, coaching, safety, cost control, and delivering a great guest experience. Weekend availability and varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ may apply in some states.
• Must complete Shift Lead training classes; ServSafe cert in some states.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and POS skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains brand image through cleanliness, service, and upkeep.
• Leads and coaches team members; ensures policy adherence.
• Executes daily procedures to achieve operational excellence.
• Delivers excellent guest service and food quality per brand systems.
