Qualifications

• Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience elsewhere.
• Excellent oral and written communication; data analysis and leadership ability.
• Ability to interpret Profit and Loss statements and be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, schedule labor, order food and supplies, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure OSHA, health, safety codes and company procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory, labor, and review financial reports; take corrective actions.
• Ensure HR practices and labor law compliance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and train team members, including developing Assistant Managers.
• Drive sales with Local Store Marketing and community involvement.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
