Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
• Ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, and take action as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR practices and labor laws.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members and develop Assistant Managers.
• Build sales through Local Store Marketing and community involvement.
• Ensure equipment, facilities, and grounds meet company standards with preventive maintenance.
