Job summary

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead a housekeeping team and ensure the resort is clean, sanitized, and guest-ready. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are available.

Minimum salary range is $70,304–$88,400 per year with potential bonuses and incentives. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of cleaning equipment and MSDS usage, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires five years of experience managing a team.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of reports, orders and projects.
• Monitor and control expenses and payroll with proper resource allocation.
• Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed.
