Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team at Chuck E. Cheese in California. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced family entertainment setting.

This role emphasizes team coaching, performance metrics, and cross-functional coordination across Showroom, Kitchen, Sales, and Gameroom as part of Area of Impact rotations. Prior hospitality or food-service leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older (RVP approval may apply per local law).
• Minimum of 1 year of people-management experience, preferably in food service OR 6 months as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
