Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Dunkin' team in Connecticut. You will support the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable crew and delivering friendly, guest-focused service while helping drive profitable top-line sales.

You will assist in recruiting, onboarding and coaching staff, ensuring brand standards, food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed, and you will help implement action plans to improve guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience.
• Basic writing skills.
• Proficient in math and financial management.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability and support in-restaurant marketing promotions.
