Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale invites applications for an Assistant Restaurant Manager - Garni. The role centers on delivering exceptional guest dining experiences with passion and leadership across the restaurant team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will help drive five-star service, coordinate with other F&B outlets as needed, and mentor staff to ensure consistent standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or F&B management.
• Valid Food Handler's card is required.
• TIPs certification is required.
• Knowledge of Forbes service standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dinner service operations for smooth, five-star service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the dinner team; schedule shifts and control labor costs.
• Monitor food safety and sanitation to meet health regulations and resort standards.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menu items and promotions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting; track sales and expenses.
